Drove mine today with two skis on the back abt 50 miles. Go for it! Definitely do a fluid check first (just like any vehicle) and make sure everythings secure.

If your Jeep is in good running condition then there shouldn't be any issues.
If your Jeep is questionable, then you would be taking a chance.
check all that can be, change what you can and go for it.

Make certain your bump stops are in order. I did not know I had a rear missing and I broke a leaf.
As far as the jeep handling it? LOL that aint nothing.
I had 31" mtz's stock gearing cranking 70mph the whole way. No issues at all.

A single jet ski and trailer is about equal to a fully loaded car with gear. Those things are light. Star pulling 2000+ lbs and you'll start seeing a difference, but with what you have, you probably wont even notice the ski is back there. You really dont even need the tranny cooler pulling that, but it never hurts.

I could hop into my Jeep and drive a thousand miles without even thinking twice about it. I figure if I could make my 80 round trip every day without any issues, why would a simple road trip be any different?

Don't see what your concern is, 200 miles is nothing and towing so little weight, I would be more concerned about the stereo working if you got a toddler with you,(are we nearly there yet?)
