umm are you sure because i just looked at it yesterday and the rust was falling off the bottom and the carpet was hanging through! hes got that one and an 89 thats red with a flat tire! his name is don and hes a ford guy and also a veteran. would you like to know anything else about it?

and if your willing to travel there are some good rust free ones out west here by me, I bought my 86 for 400 dollars and it doesn't have any rust on it.

I talked to the guy, told him my background and to tell me like it really is. The oil leak is the oring, the rust is surface rust except for a small bad patch

The point being that he felt it had more problems than the guy was saying and he was looking at it while the guy was feeding him bull.

That's EXACTLY what the guy told me when i bought my Cherokee. Replaced those o-rings, still leaks. So that wasn't the ONLY oil leak. But either way, there's no point in arguing. The insured already bought a Jeep, and it's not like he can just "return" it.

Im just trying to get the point across that oil leaks arent something to worry about. Pretty much all of it is a very easy fix. Along with floor boards

WTF? I put "insured" meant to put OP. I understand that. I'm just saying that he already got a Jeep, so there's no point in showing him what else he could've bought. Personally, i think he got a pretty good deal.

Dude u come from nj and look at it then come tell me if u would by it for 1500$ the guy told me it was a real nice jeep and it was def not even close to a nice jeep. That's all I'm saying. But its w.e I have a nice daily driver.
