Recently found a super clean xj but it's 2wd. Besides tranny, t-case, brakes, and front diff, and driveshafts, what all would I need for the swap to 4wd?

It's a pristine version of mine. Unmolested. Here's why I even considered it, a dumb a s s driver swerved into my lane at last second and hit me head on, I swerved but it was too late and the jeep rolled. RIP
It's a shame about your transfer case
There was a "sort-of drivable" (just to load on a trailer) XJ for sale in Billings last fall that had been T-boned for $900 asking - don't know if he ever sold it.

I'm using all the rear parts. The front axle is bent and control arm mounts snapped off. And the control arms themselves snapped too. Only thing in the front worth taking is the block and wiring harness
