Default 200K miles XJ!

I'm usually not active on here just a reader of all the great info but today my 2000 XJ hit a milestone 200,000 miles and I had to share.
It's pretty much stock but has the orginal trans and engine and Rear Main seal! I put about 120 miles a day on her and she won't quit!

Hooah!

I've got 162 on mine, and the valve ticking is getting way worse lately. This is my daily driver, except when it's nice enough to ride the motorcycle. Just wondering how much of a job it is to pull the engine, or at least pull the head and lifters to hold me over. Thanks

Yea, I have to decide wether it would make more sense to do all that work, or just swap the whole engine. To do the lifters I'll already have the manifolds out, head off and everything in my way gone, and to inspect the cam I think I have to pull the block anyway. I'm trying to find someone else who has tackled the valve tick, and what they have found works. Let me know if you or anyone else has any input. Thanks
