Great mall crawler, notsomuch a Jeep. If you plan on any serious off roading, I would stick with an 04. Also, this was about the time Chrysler started having a lot of quality issues...

ya, 05's come with IFS if i'm not mistaken. they also weigh about 900 lbs more, even more with the big hemi stuck in there stick with a WJ and quadra drive. i promise you won't regret it. (just don't forget the friction modifiers)

Not really going to do much serious offroading I m mainly going to use it for a hunting vehicle and daily driver, but I will be climbing some decent hills and that good ole Alabama red mud is everywhere. I really need to know what sized tire I can actually fit in there.
I have an XJ I plan to mod for some serious off roading or sell. Haven't really decided. It's lifted 4" but I need to convert to a 4x4. How big of a pain am I looking at there?
