i need help finding the fuel pressure regalator,

It is on the fuel pump.

What he said. It's a combo pump, regulator, filter and sending unit. And the best part, you get to drop the tank to get to it.

Dropping the tank isnt bad.... if its almost empty. Haha took me 15-20 min do drop mine.
