Bought this(Cherokee #2) for $300 March '12. 2-door Pioneer with 4" lift, 31" Kumhos, Lockright in Dana 35, Spartan in Dana 30. Put led in EVERYTHING possible(sweet looking dash color btw!) 4.0l, aw4, J&J Custom front & rear bumpers to come along with safari rack and external spare tire carrier. 3 core aluminum radiator (under $200). And much more to come!

'89, 5 speed, 2wd, 4.0L I6. Love it. I actually got this pretty much on a whim. I was sitting at home mourning the loss of my Mustang (totalled it), decided to go on craigslist, and this came up. I gave the guy a call after class and bought it the same day. I had actually never seen a 2 door Cherokee before that day, now it seems like I'm noticing them everywhere. It had some things wrong with it when I bought it (power steering pump didn't work, bad alternator, expansion bottle split open, oil leaking past the valve cover seal like it wasn't there) but all of those are fixed now, plus I painted my valve cover. Runs well, even the A/C works! The only thing is, my vents don't blow air. All the hot or cold air comes out of my defrost vents. Still, it's a pretty awesome Jeep in my opinion. It's my daily driver with a 2" lift in the front and 31" Kelly Safari ATRs.

 

Im in, this is a picture of when i found her, shes now sitting on a 5in lift with 33s. I need to get a new camera and post a more recent picture. Awesome 2 doors guys
