Bringing this thread back from the dead. I own a 2 door and my buddy has a 4 door, Honestly i think the 2 door is better. I rarely see them and everyone rolls a 4 door, Im the guy that likes to be different. I always get the dang i never see two doors. I just think they hold the cherokee sport title better hence 2 door instead of 4.

Personally I love the 4door look. Leave the two door for the cars and Toyota trucks! But let's be honest here those two rear doors don't do Jack squat! They are to small for anything.

Used to hate 2 doors. But they have really grown on me. I have had two 4 doors so far as dds but my dream off-road build will be an early to mid 90s 2 door cream colored.

...actually it will be no doors. Only 2 door holes

Love 2 doors. Never see them in very good shape around here though...

2 door for sure. Wish I could find a couple Renix era ones in good shape. One to chop and one not. The only time I'd ever want a 4 door over a 2 door is if I had kids.

Umm no, they're the exact same size and exact same vehicle. The only difference between a 2 and 4 door is the doors and rear glass.

I like the look of a 2 door vs the family look of a 4 door. Good thing we have both.

I love my 4 door, but then again shoveing 9 people in my jeep is a lot easier with a 4 door.
But I do think a 2 door chopped looks better, and a doorless 2 door looks a bit better.

Lol I didn't say anything about the length of the jeep. I was saying that the two rear doors on the 4 door jeeps are useless, awkward shaped, and to small for grown people. Gotta take the time to read the msg a little closer before you go around correcting people.

Love my 2 door! I don't sit in the back so I don't really care. I think they look better doorless, less doors to take off And CUP HOLDERS IN THE BACK!

Pure convience for passengers has me voting four door for XJs. I would add that I never liked Wranglers until the four door arrived (I wish though they had released the Darkar concept, aka TJ four door).

2 door all the way! The rear doors on a 4 door are just too small and a 2 door definitely looks better lifted. Plus I don't drive with my back seat in so no need for the extra doors.
