1993 xj window crank removal

1993 xj window crank removal
I am trying to remove my window cranks, I know they do not have pins. However, I have tried removing with a flat head and they do not want to come off. Had a couple of guys help me and they couldn't do it. Any suggestions on how I can take these off?
