Default 01 xj lower aftermarket tube control arm

I have a 01 Xj and I'm installing some lca from fat bobs the have the bend in them and are for a 3-4.5 inch lift I got a 3 inch lift on my jeep and Im can't seem to get them to fit any help would be great?

Since they are longer, you will have to pull the front axle away from the jeep(toward the front of the jeep), in order to get the clearance needed. You can use ratchet straps, cable puller, etc wrapped around the axle.

I installed my rustys adj. lcas this weekend, and I used a cable puller "come a long", attached to a tree. then put the frame side bolt in first, and pull on your ratchet strap or whatever until the hole on the axle lines up.

just drop the whole axle that way when it comes time to putting your springs in you wont havta use a spring compressor. those things can be scarrrry. makes lifting the jeep easier overall.

I just put a few bricks under my tires and had a buddy spot while i put it in reverse SLOWLY.

I just let the axle droop and they slide right in.
