Default xj front bumper fab log

1993 cherokee 2 door. Got tired of the stock bumper so i decided to make a new one... Cardboard template created tonight. I will be using 3/16 play stock.. Its great yo have friends with plasma cutters!!!. ill post more once i get going on it a little

Mounts are the critical parts. What are you doing about that?

Will be using the stock bumper location set up.. Making NEW plates though.. I will be using 1/4" still for those...

3 bolts through sheet metal.....

I'd stretch it back a little further, but's that's just me.

But if hes not building in any recovery points then he should be ok

^oh sure, if you just need it to sit there, those will work fine.

How much farther back would you go and how would you secure it to the uni frame on a cherocar

Well I went this far back... Tying in the steering box on the driverside and sleeve the frame on the passenger. I don't have all my bolts in yet, b/c tts coming off for end caps and powder coat.
