i have crack on my xj frame i need to know what steps should i do to fix it ???
what kind of weld ?? wire size ?? what sittings should i do to the welder machine?? anything can help please ???

Looks like someone already tried and failed. You need to drill the ends of the cracks then grind out as much of the old weld as possible. You can mig it with .030 or .035 wire with settings for 1/8"-3/16" metal. It would not be a bad idea to plate the area after the crack is fixed.

i bought this kit ... they told me it will help after the welding ....!! thats why i need to know welding info
