Tube winch bumper (write up)
me and a friend have built this bumper and are trying to make a few more to sell. also building rock slyders. this is the first model on my jeep sorta working out the kinks so the next ones are perfect. still bad ***.
so we used 2 inch tubing a do foot stick. i wanted to also have clevis mounts coming out of the skid plate so i designed this bracket.
This took alot of time and planning and grinding but they turned out good and really stron with lots of welds on the back side also.
so i bent the first peace and the inside bends kinked a little so i found a way to make perfect bends on the outside at more of a angle.
this is the outside bends that turned out well and are next bumper should be well improved on that part.
then we added the back peace to give the bumper some depth and just cut out angles and notched them to fit into the bracket and onto the front tube.
then we added the upper bar and a center peace for extra strength were eventually there will be a winch plate and mounts.
then we cut out our end caps and welded them on and cleaned them up
next step was designing out the skid plate on the CNC
sorry i do not have any pictures between this point and the paint and finished product so here it is for now. i had stuff to do so i said i will finish it up like this without the winch plate or any extra peaces.
me and my friends beguining to a business is called T&C offroad so thats what the tc is for will add the & and offroad later.
If you are interested let me know i can custom CNC any design in a skid plate and make any change requests im thinking i could sell these 300 bucks plus shipping

ill do the front and a set of rock sliders. back bumper/tire carriers in my experiance take way to long to do unless your ready to jack up the price a ways.

OK thanks. I didnt see that the clevis and the bracket were 2 different pieces.Do you think that the stock PS bolts would be long enough for a 3/8: bracket?
