Suggestions? Rusted out top door mount.

Suggestions? Rusted out top door mount.
Ok, so my driver side top door hinge mount has rusted off at the welds. Does anyone have any pictures or advice on what they've done in the past to fix this problem? All my other hinges are fine, and welded in just fine, but the top hinge on my driver side door has rusted out. Any advice or pictures on how any of you guys fixed this problem would be awesome!
