For fenders, try looking a what Detours did to his fenders. Tubing and a little sheet metal. Easy to make too.

got some good saw zaw blades finally. Managed to hack 6" off the frame (low side). So how about a 82 degree approach angle! Pretty excited about that. Picture is with the radiator in place.

tomorrow I will buy some metal for the frame and steering box mount.
