i took the stubby flat tip screwdriver put a adjustable wench on the handle and the flat tip and spun it till it came out.
and the bump in my pocket doesnt bother me i have all my keys on one key ring in my back pocket and my xj key on a different one that i keep in my front pocket so it doesent make much of a difference

They have them without the tips all the time.

hey everyone if you do make this key be careful i got pulled over today for not using my turn signal and the cop saw it and almost made me get out of the jeep. thankfully i realized it was cuz of the key and pulled the key out to show him and he let me go.

 

Lol yeah you need to watch out for the cops.
A friend of mine is a trooper and I showed it to him and he said "yeah I would ask u to step out of the vehicle."

 

sweet idea im gunna make one this week... ive made a beer opener but not a key.... as for the cops jut dont get pulled over and if you do just turn it off and take out the key
