I have about $130 in all four.
$75 in steel. I bought 2 24' sticks of 11ga 1.5" tube. I think I used about 35' of that.
$18 for the 4 latches
$10 for the bolts
$12 for the plastic tube caps
$15 for 2 spray cans of bed liner.

Thanks for the cut sheet. Would you mind talking photos of the door hinge and what is the distance between the vertical post and the end of the top and bottom rails? I want to take the measurements to a welding shop along with the photos and have them fab the rear doors and that's the only measurements missing
Thanks
Thanks

Keep in mind that you will have to modify the body side hinge. The top portion (the door stopper) of the hinge needs to be cut so the tube can fully pivot.
Any other questions, let me know. Thanks.

If you decide to build and sell them, let me know. I have a few friends that are interested in them. Maybe you could sell them with the option of welded or shipped and assembled by the customer. Seems like shipping would be cheaper and easier on your end.
Let me know and I read your PM and i'll let you know
Thanks

I would definitely buy them for my 96. And like the other guy said... even if they're just precut materials waiting on welds I'd buy them!! Great finished product!!! I envy your ingenuity!!! This needs to be stickied!
