My shop is my 1 1/2 car garage here on base, when i can get away with it..have to hide from the housing ****'s and let me tell you..when you cant open the garage door it gets friggin hot..if it is a job too big or i don't have the tools i roll over to the Auto Hobby Shop..they ALMOST alway have what i need.

I would just buy a bigger tarp and cover that whole frame.

I thought I was do pretty good with 24'x 24' block shop heated, cooled, cable TV and stereo. Now I feel inferior and have size envy.

originaly thats what i did. but theres another half to the frame. but couple winters ago there was some freak snow in the area and poured down. there was too much snow on the roof in colapsed in on one half. so we replaced it. Then that spring there were some high winds and one mourning i found it in the neighbors yard all twisted together. so i salvaged what i could and thats what was left. so now i have it tided down to some logs and put up a large tarp when i need it.

realy its not to bad. if i need to go indoors or have a concrete pad, my neighbor has a one car garage that he offers everytime im out there starting to tinker. or if that doesnt work my grandfather has a two story, 6 bay, heated, garage but theres always the classic cars in the way and no tv. but there is a converted 8 track and am/fm radios with full surround.

But i havnt try working on it during the winter yet. afraid i might freeze some man parts off.
