wire loom to cover everything and going through the rear roof rail
It will be secured on the factory roof rails by 6 stainless steel round bolts bent to a hook bolt. plus wing nuts

will to take soom ideas. So far i am putting a 12" led brake light on the rear with 55w back up lights. two hightlift one on each side. two 55w floods on each side. front flip up cover plate for lights ( happy cops )
and a spider gear truck web to keep cargo happy

They slide off
The work done today and test fit for mount locations. This is a heck of a build so far. and still isnt heavy

Wow! Looks great... I love the idea of using the rack instead of having to mess with welding in a bottom in. How are the clamps working out? Another great idea by the way.

thanks man. the clamp system should work very well also using 4 stainless u-bolts in the center of the rails to keep it from moving. it will be snug as a bug in a 1970's **** rug
