Handles great!
As you can see we made a high steer set up.
Brett ordered the heim joints left and right thread adjustables welded to some beef box tube 1.25 1.25 3"1/6.
Gave it a good test yesterday. Did not bend at all.

what size bolt did you use on the passenger side? im either gona do my steering like this or the chevy 1 ton set up. but i guess they both have there pros and cons. from what ive heard the main con to this set up is alot of stress on the one bolt on the passenger side but then again no tie rod roll like on a chevy 1 ton set up. either way ti looks great i kinda like the square tube hex would be kinda cool too.

i'm not a fan of heim joints for the highway, but other than that, it looks alright.
but do you get bump steer? the drag link looks way lower than the track bar. are you running a drop pitman arm and stock track bar mount?

Just curious but what exactly about this is 'high steer'?

X2. No high steer. But it is similar to what's on my jeep, and I like. It.

RuffStuff has the best price on Heims and bungs. I pick up my DOM from a local place to save on shipping but RuffStuff sells DOM now too.

Yeah, I like it. I would have used DOM, made the tracbar a good bit longer, went over the knuckle with the tie rod and made the passenger side double shear but other than that... Looks good.

I've seen folks run square tubing for control arms and use square weld-in bungs. I don't care for the look but I guess it matches the square body of our vehicles.
