Default my newest bumpers.

i have built 6 bumpers in the past month. got to work on mine here and there(prob 8 hrs in both.)....and still not done.

front is a winch bumper. built with 1 3/4 HREW and 6x1/4 inch flat steel.

now before any of you start giving me crap about no stinger support bars, it will be tied into my cage from the a-pillars. there will also be tube fenders attatching from the rockers to the front and rear bumpers.

cage will look something like this....

and my rear tire carrier will look something like this.....

tire carrier mounts will come off the cage, not the bumper.

just got a fully outfitted shop started about 3 weeks ago (HUDFAB).......i now have all the fun tools to play with. cnc plasma table next on the list. not really advertising because i already have a 2 month backlog.

bumpers were made with a tube bender, tube notcher, welder, plasma cutter, 4.5 inch grinder, and my scary little brain.

its also very nice to have vehicle lifts to put em on while building. saves my bad back!! lots of 7am-1am days latley.

funny part is, i have only had xj's in the shop so far!!!

this is my side biz. im really just an electrician, but a fabricator at heart.

no, will be a swing out....just mounts off the cage.

i built a swing down on my last jeep and it was a huge pain! being a two door, i have to use the hatch a lot for my dogs.

Side biz? And you are only there 14hrs a day. If Around Town wasn't so far away...

Glad you have the shop! Best of luck with your venture.
