Thank you. Yes, she's usually around somewhere close. I now have a 12 week old Lab/Husky mix female pup that does her best to keep the cat away and stay in the way now.

I'm sorry. My lazy butt forgot to get out and get your measurements this weekend. I'll try to remember to do it tomorrow.

Well, I took a piece of cardboard and I held it up there and cut it to get the shape of my mounts. Then I took that cardboard and held it up there and marked the holes on the passenger side. The holes match very closely, if not identical from side to side. Also, there is a piece of metal reinforcing the sway bar mount that will have to be drilled or ground down if you use that hole, or you could just skip using that hole. I drilled that metal out so I could use that hole. I do need to get the die grinder out so I can put my last 2 or 3 bolts in the passenger side where my hole markings got off a little.

Here you go. Only 2 weeks after you originally asked. I'll just do a re-cap with measurements. I started with 2" x 5" x 1/4" tube, I'm sure 3/16" should work with the same measurements though. I cut 3 pieces of the tube, 32.25" for the center section, and 14.5" for the end pieces, but remember I pie cut the end pieces and welded them back together, then trimmed them down to 14" each. If I'm remembering right, I trimmed about a 1/4" off the end pieces to angle them back (it could have been more like 3/8" though). I just eyeballed it and marked it where I wanted. An extra set of hands really helped with that.

Then for the mounts I used 2 pieces of 3/8" x 6" x 21". They ended up being trimmed down to 3/8" x 5.25" x 21". In the next pic you can see the left over uncut piece of flat under the trimmed one. I left 3" of the mount sticking out to make my clevis mounts.

The fender protection ended up being 2" x 2" x .25" tube that was cut to 8.75". Hope that helps you.

Either an Arc welder or a big MIG(210+amps) is what I'd recommend for that type of work.

Default measurements for support brackets

I have access to a cnc plasma cutter and was wondering what the distance is from frame tie in to frame tie in bracket. And also hole location for the frame tie in brackets

If you mean between the mounting brackets, it's just a couple hairs over 33" if I recall correctly maybe like 33"&1/16", your best bet would be to look it up or mock it up and then tack it and take it off and weld it up.
