ive seen a couple with these kind of mirrors...who has taken mirrors like the style on older rangers/f150's etc (where they bolt in 2 places directly to the sheet metal on the outside of the door) and put them on a cherokee? i was thinking about getting a set for my 2 door, to put on but not in the stock location, past the little triangle windows, so i can roll down the windows and see the mirror directly rather than through my tint when i need to.

pics would be great if anyone has done this to a 2 door (would like to see it on a 2 door as thats what i have)

 

I put those on my old jeep.
Easy to install. looks good. and verry functional!
I looked for the ones with the hinge on the top so I could get the right angle to the jeep door.
