I was going to tell you good job but after seeing this post i decided against it. This forum is about helping people. If you lay a S**** weld somebody will call you out on it(we all do one time or another). He is trying to help you(believe it or not). Sorry but those welds do not look good. It looks like you put a lot of thought and effort into it and you should be proud of that. Expect good criticism with bad/constructive.

Here is my 2 cents. Looks well thought out but you need to clean the metal before you weld and maybe heat it up. Maybe your gas/wire speed is off. Also that stinger is a bit much for my taste, but not stupid huge. You might want to add some supports to the stinger so it can do its job when the time comes.

P.S-Take a chill pill man, who gives a **** what some random dude on the interwebs has to say? Life is far too short to be upset about something like this. If it works for you the rock it.

well, you said it alot better than I did, lol.

but I agree, some metal prepping goes a long way, but im not sure what the OP expects for responses from rusted out metal with booger welds on it. shoulda atleast ran some practice beads on some scrap to get everything dialed in.

did you spray paint over the rust too? that paint probably wont last either..
and that stinger will pop right off if you try to mount a hill that's too steep
so x2 on the reinforcements and maybe take it off, shorten, and increase angle
I like the shape of the bumper though good job on the design
