Here is my Tube (singular) Bumper

 

I started a tube build off of a backbone but haven't finished it yet. Its now on my buddys jeep

 

Here is the start of my rear swing out bumper. I still need to add my d rings. I also cut out my wheel wells. Just need my 35" tires next.
I will build a front winch bumper sometime.

 

^^ wow, That's some great fab. work. Not trying to sound rude, but this is for tube bumpers. You could post this in the homemade bumper thread though. Great fab work on the bumper, fenderwells, and flares!

 

here is an isometric view lol. i will have to take a side view later:



i just notched the end of the tube to mate with my angle, and welded it to the angle. if that makes any sence to ya lol. and there are 6 bolts to mount it to the frame. one of which shares the same location as a steering box bolt.

 

is that it?? cmon guys i know theres more tube bumpers out there....

UH OH how come your tube is kinked? kinked tube is weak tube...everyone knows that...

 

came that way.... I really dont like it. i'd like to make a new boxed in bumper, but it'll be more of a hassle to do that b/c of how this one is mounted

 

huh thats BS....id scrap it and start from scratch.

 

I second that. Anything new would be stronger then those bent tubes.
