LED tail lights
So i have read on here about people making tail light boxes and putting some aftermarket lights in them. Well i would like to do this but have heard of a slight problem. I heard that Chrysler vehicles tail lights wont work unless the bulbs are plugged in. Is this false or can this be fixed by replacing a relay or something?

The back ones have to be plugged in and working in order for either to work.. I had to change all my plugs due to rust but it wouldn't be hard at all... We put led daylights of or shop truck and we had to buy a voltage regulator fort the blinkers... Just to slow the blinker down... Leds take less voltage so its not reading that they are working... I can try and get a part number of the regulator we used it was way cheaper then if you were to just go and pick one up at the parts store'...

I cut off the connector for the top bulb and wired it to my round LED lights. Then I just left the bulb socket below that one without a bulb. They've always worked without a problem.
As for the Blinkers, I got a new flasher that blinks at one constant speed regardless of the amount of bulbs or type of bulbs.

I'll be pulling my tail lights off in a few days. I'll then take pictures. In the mean time, you could get a multimeter and it wouldn't be too hard to figure out what wire does what.
