If we were to purchase one, what cost/production time will there be. What kind of options would you plan on making? With drawer, without, etc. Also I noticed in your pics that you have a full sized spare. Would you make a longer version for people without spares? Just some things to think about.
I personally wouldn't buy one simply for the challenge of making one myself (or one that looks half as cool as yours)

what I love most about this is you never had a solid layout with measurements, you just built it to fit and modified parts to go with it as you went, like the bottom tray for example..... looks like you built the whole thing around your accessories...

Thanks! Measure once, cut twice is my motto. I was really lucky to find the Pepboys cargo tray that fits perfect between the legs after I built the rack. If the tray is full of sand, water, dirt, etc I just pull it out, tip it upside down, and put it back in. If I put fish, lobsters, shells, or other stinky stuff in the tray I can pull it out and hose it off. Super easy to clean, looks nice, and the tray only costs $15.Originally Posted by DieselDaze

Custom MOLLE pieces would be Awesome. You both are truly talented people. I'd be interested in knowing where she sources the stuff to make the MOLLE gear.

Once apron a time in Frico, Colorado. The FAMILLY and I went to do some early season snow wheelin' there was only say 8" and some melted snow slush ( sissy suff, right ) well after a day of fun we headed out. I had brought the little hebattchi ( don't know if I spelled that one right. Little Bar B Q ) eitherway as we were just about out of there I ran over a little stump ( covered by snow ) and BOOOOM there goes the back window :-<>
So even with the Kewl cargo set-up make sure you secure your load, just my two pennies
