That's a pretty vague question. We're going to need more specifics, such as a general design and so on.

It's about on par with asking how much a Jeep costs. Year, make, model, upgrades, etc. all play a role in that one.

 

ok well I am going simple and just need bumpers with hitch mounts front and back with d hooks......... 1995 XJ 5 speed 4.0 HO 6 inch lift 33s

 

One 10' 2x4x3/16(atleast) angle the ends, buy a hitch and d-rings and cut and burn them in. I'd make some beefer mounting brackets as well, but for the front (to do it right) would require more bracketry then stock. I'd plate the front frame on both sides, similar to the c-rok steering gear box reinforcing plate. To mount the back bumper you can use pieces you cut off of the 2x4.
