how do you take doors off of a 97 and up cherokee??

how do you take doors off of a 97 and up cherokee??
A buddy of mine wants to take his doors off but I don't know how to mess with the hinges on them because I took my doors off and I have a 94....andyone sone thjis I need some ideas
