hood scoop vs vents
Has anyone used wrangler cowl vents for their xj hood vents? I can't decide between vents with some little hood scoops over top to keep majority of the rain & mud out. Or a bigger single hood scope like a cowl induction or Stingray cowl induction(open in front & back). Let's see your hoods-vents,& scoops.

Pricey but look really nice! The pic of the Cherokee ones, are on the yellow hood.

Don't get me wrong vents look a lot nicer but I'm afraid I'm leaning toward cutting a huge hole n throwing a cowl type scoop over the top. Maxium air exchange, without worrying bout rain, snow, mud, sand ect.
