Do you have any measurements of the metal needed?

The Slider is 59 1/4" long. Could probably just do 60" though
The L-bracket that goes along the pinch weld is 48" long.
The cross bar that goes to the Unibody is 9 3/8" long in the front and 9 3/4" in the back.

I don't have the measurements of the steps.

cool steps with grip tape. I found some cool stuff at Lowes to use. Sticky back traction tape. Super sticky too. make sure you get it where you want it the first time.

Yeah, this stuff I got is pretty sticky, it could be better though. I've had it on about a week and so far it's working fine and isn't really pulling up. I'll just have to see if it last. If it dose not, I found some spray on grip stuff that is like the tape, but it's paint. I'll use that if the tape comes up. I eventually want to put bedlinner on all my armor, but that'll be a while.

Nice job man. I wish I had the welding talent to make my own stuff like that. I made a roof rack, but the welds are pretty bad. LOL
Oh well I will get it someday, but really nice work on those they look great!

Thanks! Yeah, welding takes time and practice to get good at it. This was my first welding project and over the course of building this I got better and better. Though it also depends on the welder, I used a flux core 120v, not the best thing to use, but I made it work and it was better than I though it was. My friend has a 210/220v and I love using it, works a lot better than flux core and cleans up better than my flux core.

Quick question, i see you have your rails mounted below the pinch seam, leaving a slight gap between the rocker and the rail. Wondering what other styles people have? Are some flush with the rocker panel or smaller gap. What do people think. I have mine built, just lookingat how i want to mount now.them

It all depends on what style and how much force you want the sliders to take. One on the reasons I mounted mine with a gap below the rocker is because I didn't want to have a conflict with the door opening, the gap made sure of that, plus if something were to happen and the slider was to bend. It wouldn't go up and damage the the rocker while also not blocking the door.

Some people people do, do a flush mount but as I said, it all depends on what you are looking for. I've seen people have the flush mount and people with the ones that actually mount on the rocker and fender and have seen them bend up into the rocker from hitting something hard enough. So it all depends on what you want and what you plan to do. I just did mine for the reasons I said in the first paragraph and just for the ease of not only building but cleaning too.
