Default gas tank skid

built this today at school ,i used 3/16 and 1/8 its kinda heavy lol.had to fab it up in one day so i would get charged for the metal

thats actually a great idea to just tie it into the hitch. looks great!

3/16 all they really had ,i would of used thinner **** but that's all they had

Would welding to the hitch or bolting to it change its integrity? I've been wanting to do a gas skid but mounting is a bit of a problem...

i wouldn't think it would do anything besides add a few extra pounds .but im not to sure

well i forgot to take pics of it when i was done. i went wheeling today with it on and i was very pleased .i landed on it hard and not a dent .so it shall stay

good looks better than finding a stocker thats thin as can be or shellin' out more than $150 for a good one
