Default Front bumper design.

I'm in the process of designing my front bumper. It has 2x5 square tube 3/16ths with 3/16s plate for winch mount with the common 10 x4.5 bolt pattern . Then a hole to run wires. Going to have two of the rugged ridge bolt on d shackle probably weld it and bolt it. Going to have frame tie ins. Possiblity front light protection with tube wrap around. Let me know what u guys think.

Do not bolt on the D ring tabs. Cut a hole in the tubing on both sides, run it all the way through and weld front and back. try to place them at the same width as the outside of the jeep frame rail, so that the load when pulling is dispersed directly to the frame tie-ins, and not the bumper itself.

Two of them as well, one for each side. in a recovery situation those will need to take a lot of load.

You could probably design a better bumper with cardboard, that looks like a ebay bumper to be honest.
