Nothing too spectaclar as far as fabrication goes, but I thought it came out good and others might find it interesting.
I had picked up an 88 Wagoneer front end for my 96. The grill on the Wagoneer was toast so I had to figure out what to fill it in with. I ended up cutting out all the inner plastic and using some rolled and creased stretch-steel to make the insert.
Everything was set with stainless hardware and painted gloss black (which now makes everything elses look like crap).
Looks like I will be painting the bumper next.

Close up view.

probably be good trail armor as well...my ocd has an issue with the "jeep" logo mounting location...lol but all and all not bad at all
I am also considering moving the Hella's either behind the stretch-steel for a littel more protection, or actually doing a round cut-out in the grill and having them flush with the grill.
