are you going to weld sheet metal to fill the gaps? the way you are talking seems like you are done. just curious

 

 

should have taken a pic. have a xj in the shop tuesday. guy walks into the office and starts chating. has his left forarm wrapped up. went wheeling in his rig with new half doors but didnt weld anything in the gap. cut him up pretty good.
