a waggy44 would be a great swap for you. make sure is driver side drop though. if i wasnt building my hp44 i would be looking into a waggy swap

Ok so this one is really stupid, but the axle on the left, that's a passenger side drop right? Not just an upside down driver side?

dont think any of those are driver drops. check out NAXJA they have tons of info regarding swapping in a d44 and what it takes! great info there

its setup for a early bronco. pretty sure they are narrower then a cherokee. probably wont work

What if you throw wheel spacers on? It says he was going to put it in his ranger I don't think the rangers are much if at all narrower.

wheel spacers are like bandaids. they dont solve the problem. i had a spacers crack in half on me on the trail. wont run those ever again.

email him and ask what the width is and see. also ask if its driver side drop......

I'll call him tomorrow but I looked up the year of bronco it came from and it comes with a 104in wheelbase stock and the xj is 100 I think so -2 inches. Any way to make that up? That just seems like a good deal cause the gears, chromoly shafts, and already having ls and a locker plus then you go to manual locking hubs

you need to know the WIDTH not the length.
