Default Diamond Plate Door Panels

I'm currently in the process of fabricating some xj door panels out of some diamond plate. I don't usually post too much stuff, but I have yet to find anything about custom fabbed door panels for an xj so I decided to start a thread. So far I've only got around to rough cutting the sheets. Seems that every time I'm not doing school work, I'm out wheeling or working with my baja SAE club. Haven't had a lot of time to work on the doors panels, but I'm gonna try and finish them soon. I plan on replacing the power window switch with a momentary toggle switch and possibly upgrading my door speakers while I'm at it. I bought the metal for $40 so I've figure since I saved money on that, I'll spend some elsewhere.

It will look nice but be very hot if the sun has been hitting it. Also, I'm interested in seeing what you come up with for the armrests.

I wonder how it turns out...that doesn't look very pliable. Did this with floor pans before and it was a bit&h but looked amazing.
