Well thankyou very much, I actually did structural for years..structural/archritectural is my main background.....I like that backing idea, but ups the costs......

Beaudean09, you can pick up a used grill for short money, might be worth your time & investment if you'd like to pursue selling to others, it's a great idea, consider design & fastening points.....then roll with it!

Yeah i prolly will. The only problem is i work out of state alot so sometimes i dont hav alot of time but il make it work if ppl r serious bout it! Thanks for all the help!

That thing is awesome.. its probably just my lowrider side comin out but that would look pretty sweet backlit with some dim lighting to show it off when your chillin on the trail

Never a problem, pm me if I can ever be of assistance via back channel.

Expect a 1-2 week lead time for that to be worked in to a shops schedule, thats just a guess but I think within reason for a 1 off. Good Luck!

Damn thats nice! Well im in a small town and the shop dont get to much business so idt it will take that long their usually pretty quick but i may b wrong u never no lol!

In regards to heat being retained by thicker materials. How about using paint that is heat resistant? The kinda stuff they use on BBQers and so forth?

Not yet i havnt. Iv tried a couple places and they wont touch it so im still looking around for someone to do it. I work outta state so i have very limited time to play with it
