best way to cut a 97+

looking at doing custom bumpers on my 97 2 door but can't get any good pics of cut up 97+ body style. if anyone has pics that be awesome thanks guys

sorry guys thats what i ment was trimming. was not sure with how the front and rear bumper caps are attatched and blended with the stock flare

When I did my 85 it cut it up to where the panels come together and then put a 1/2 to 3/4 cut up in the two panels and hammered/folded them back into the fenderwell and then welded them and ground them as smooth as I could then painted the fender edge and well with bedliner. It worked great. Make sure you have a wet towel in the cab where you are doing the welding as the body filler material will light up.

take off the rear flare, then cut off that small lip on the bottom.. then

dont cut on the pinch welds, make your cuts around them !
followed by alittle bitmore hammering and paint!
