I vote you cut the darned thing in half, and use the half you cut off to rebuild the front of it. Then you could take the rest to the scrap yard, and get a couple thousand dollars for the left overs!! Good god that thing is huge!! Seriously though, I think you could cut about 2/3 of the front off, and maybe have something to work with...

I think you should buy a boad, because your jeep apparently came with an anchor yarrr. just kiddin. yeah, mount a winch to it, then cut it down. maybe modify the tube on the front for a pre-runner style setup.

Its a nice platform for a customized bumper with winch... Draft a design and find someone who could help you put it all up together...
