So sent a order into Ruff Stuff for the the DOM. Also, ended up buying their heims as well instead of JJ's. So I'll be finishing up the Long arms soon.
Also, purchased some new lower Coil Springs & 5on5.5 rims... Again couldn't find anyone selling some local.

take a look at this link something like this on the passanger side are would get you some more flex just a thought im running the solid arms and it does ok but your still in fab stage. http://www.broncoii4x4.com/wristedarm/destructions.htm
ive been looking into doing it on mine.
Thanks for the link, I've been debating wether to wrist or not. From what I gather if your running joints at the end and not a solid bushing like the stock ford arms then it should flex ok without wristing.

Ive got dom tube with sleved c, think they are 43" in length running johny joints at the end. with zj coils fronts stretched out around 4" shortened it back to 104.5 due to rubing issues.
pictures for reference it has 35s on it flex reference which would be better with a wristed passenger side. notice my radius arm almost hiting my frame.

only other thing is at full lock you might have rubbing on the radius arms.
Looks Great, I think you're getting a pretty good amount of flex out of it. I'm sure wristing would of course add more. I'm going to keep it in my mind as an option. Thanks for pics, it makes me more motivated
Just keep an eye on that thing. Wouldn't be the first time I've seen one buckle where the center piece is bolted to the side pieces. Keep the weight of the Jeep off off it.
I'd also keep a very close eye on where it bolts to the Jeep. IMO, any crossmember worth having curves around the frame rail, frame rail gets slugs and it bolts THROUGH the frame rail. What IRO did was add one bolt hole to the factory two bolt hole pattern designed to hold a transmission. Except now it's holding the entire front suspension in place. Think about it.
At the very least I'd be sure to plate the entire area and weld the cross member to the rails.
