This is suppose to be a friendly competition. Let's get back to that and vote for your favorite one and vote only once.

Well the thread is open again but the poll is officially closed. We have to participants who will be DQ'd from this months competition. They will also not be allowed to participate in the competition for the next 3 months.

What I have found is that these two members have cheated in some form.They both created or had someone create user accounts from the IP address they use to login from on their main user account to vote for them and enhance their votes. We also found several user accounts that were created from 2/21/10-2/27/10 that only logged in to vote for these participants. So in my eyes there has been quite a bit of cheating to win a contest that has no prize other than bragging rights and a pic of your rig in the header. Now these two can deny all they want but the logs and data do not lie and point to one thing cheating.

I am truly disappointed in the fact that a friendly competition has dropped to such a low point that one feels they must cheat to win. It's not only childish behavior but very disappointing behavior I would never expect from a fellow Jeeper.

I have thought long and hard on how to handle this and DQ'ing them was the only choice. Then I had to decide on who to select a winner. So I decided I simply had to declair a winner and I will do that not in the thread but in an official thread so his name is not muttled in this mess of poo.

Now I bet everyone is wondering who the cheaters are and yeah I thought about not saying who they were and I also thought about just calling this months a wash and not having it. In the end the cheaters are well pretty obvious if you read through this thread.

So with out further adue ArcticMania and goblazers_6 are both officially DQ's from this months competition and will not be allowed to participate in COM for the next 3 months. So in June they are welcome to join again. Although there will be some changes in place to prevent this from happening again since well now I have to treat adults as children and assume the worst will come out in anyone in a friendly competition.

Now on with the changes. I am changing the dynamic of who can and can't post in here and vote on COM. Now you must have 25 or more posts to participate, post, vote and so on. Basically if you do not have 25 or more posts all you can do is view this area. It's unfortinate I have to do this but well I have to. Now if I catch members simply posting garbage just to get in here I will be banning them and their IP's so don't try to get around the rules as you will do nothing more then **** me off.

Now carry on and look for an official winner announcement shortly.
