Entries will be accepted until the 20th of each month, when voting will begin. Voting will go until the day before the last day of the month. The winner will be announced the first day of the following month.

Lowrange2 will be the key point of contact for this. He will organize the voting threads with all the submission info. He will also be selecting various themes through out the year. He will start a thread letting members know when to submit there rigs.


** Subject must read "_____ COTM Submission". Example for Oct you would title it "Oct COTM Submission"(minus quotes). If this is not included your submission will be thrown out. **

**All pictures must be attached using the sites attach file feature and not linked. This uploads the files and they stay the site. You can not link to pics on other site or your submission will not count. **

**All submission pictures must have original full sized HIGH RESOLUTION pictures that are 8.5 x 11 print quality. Minimum of 1600 x 1200. It is required that these photos be sent to Lowrange2 within 1 week of the closing of the poll. Not doing so will forfeit your win and the second place contestant will become the winner. PM for details on how to send the pictures.**

Core rules:

* Non-winners are free to enter again in following months.
* Winners must wait 12 calendar months to enter again.
* Vendors can not enter.
* Submissions begin the 1st of every month.
* Submissions will end the 20th of every month.
* Voting begins the 21st of every month and runs till the last day of the month.
* Winners to be announced on the 1st of the following month.
* A pic of the winners rig will be added the header rotation.
* Winners MUST be able to supply high resolution pictures to the COTM administrator for the Calendar. (Minimum - 1600 x 1200)

What to include in your submission:

- Must include 2-4 photos
- Year
- Model
- Specs ie engine, t-case,axles etc.
- Mods or addition beyond stock setup
- Any other critical information
The more detail the better. So list out every spec, mod or parts you addd. Submissions that do not have details will be tossed out.


How to Submit an entry....

Inside the COTM forum area there is a sub forum titled "Cherokee of the Month Submissions " at the top, you will use that to submit your submission post. Only the staff and the original poster can see this post. We will use that to setup the voting thread for everyone to vote.
