If ya'll look at this link there are pictures of the engine and states that though it is built using 86 CJ7 parts it was titled as a 62 to avoid emissions testing.

In the response that offroadnut got "they" state 8300 miles.. however the link above also says 8300 miles in Oct 2006. Things hasn't moved in 3.5yrs? Yeah right.

The same ad is also posted in New Jersey and Arizona...

 

It was cloned by aliens, and the Doc has houses in those states too. But sell the jeep instead of the houses.
