Default Select Track II vs Command Trac II

These systems are offered in the Jeep Liberty?

What is the difference?

On Jeeps website they both have 2WD, 4Lock (seems to only lock the center diff) and 4Lo options.

Does one system have lockers and the other is open diffs?

Because Select-Trac II and Command-Trac II are different then Selec-Trac and Quadra-Drive II.
Other thread was already labeled for just 2 systems.
