About 3 weeks ago I noticed that in the mornings when I cranked the Jeep it would idle very rough to start but would smooth out a couple of minutes later. This morning it took longer for the rough idle to ease and down the road the check engine light started flashing. I pulled over...check engine light went out. I let the engine idle till it smoothed out and was fine the rest of the way into work.

Ideas?
