Default Head light headache on my brothers 95 neon

My brother has a 1995 Plymouth Neon that the head lights go out whenever he uses his blinkers. Any thoughts folks? We've replaced the blinker switch twice, cleaned the connections and put dielectric grease in the switch. Checked the fuses and such..... We are scratching our heads on this one.
One issue we've noticed is sometimes when you turn the blinkers on the would sometimes work and other times they wouldn't which led to the initial assumption the switch was dead.
The issue returned within a month so we warranted out the switch and installed a new one.
Now two months later it returned and Just this moring we replaced his headlight buld, cleaned the connection, put dielectric grease in it and just tonight he discovered his headlights don't work when he uses his blinkers. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I'm by no means an expert, and maybe someone else will chime in .. But I would suggest tracing wires and seeing if the insulation is rubbing somewhere, and maybe it is some kind of a short. I really can't think of anything off the top of my head.. Sorry I wasn't more help.

If your replacing the switch and it works its either cheap guality switch or plug to it.

honestly, to save hours of head scratching, run new wires and hook them up to a new switch, even if its a toggle switch, trying to solve a factory wring issue is the biggest pain ever...

I would also like to go for new wiring which hook up with new switch & can save your time a lot.

Awesome suggestions folks! Seriously..... He went ahead and warranted out for another switch. But we are going to try this out though. Fun fun fun lol. He's my younger brother and we are not mechanics by no means but we aren't afraid to pick up a wrench either lol.
Thank all very much!
