A little over an hour in a car. On the bike 45 minutes. I lane split like a mutharfkr. Downside with the move is I will lose the current garage unless I can talk the landlord into leasing is separately as it isn't attached to the "house"

I should have been more clear, are you sure you have the correct headers for your application? I'll have to search around again but I think I saw something about '64 Chevelle SBC headers?

If that is the picture of the headers for sale (doubt it is) I know they won't work. On the passenger side 4 and 6 won't clear the sub frame and 8 will hit the fire wall. I will get some pics tomorrow of how the engine sits in the bay and its restrictions. Its pushed back into the fire wall and the tail shaft of the transmission rides inches lower than the harmonic balancer bolt.

Turbo. My buddy gave me a set of garbage headers off of his 65 Nova today to test fit. The drivers side looks like it might fit but the passenger side doesn't look very promising. Will keep you posted. I nailed the Job and start on the sixth. This Friday I pick up keys and sign a month to month lease on a new apartment. I also found a guy on the AMC forum that has a drivers door and fender for $335. We will see how that goes. I pmd other people that he has sold parts to. No response yet. He has less then 200 posts and a join date of early this year. Not going to PayPal someone unless they have some kind of positive transaction history...

I picked up the door and Fender in San Francisco today. I'm going to buy the other door just because it was such a good deal and the doors are in such great shape. He also has a manual steering box so I'm going to grab that too. May as well get parts while they're still available.
