Well long story short, sold the XJ, got a Mustang cobra for reliability, and now just got a JK. Me and the fiance really do miss the XJ though.

As in not showing up?

It's got a 4" adjustable long arm lift. Custom interior with spare tire carrier and tool box, only 15k miles, brand new 35s on bullet hole rims, smittybilt sliders and bumpers with warn winch (synthetic rope), 4.10s, custom woodys drive shafts, and rear back up camera. That's just what the po did. I got some different stuff in mind for it

Be interesting for you to compare how you like it vs the XJ.

I got nothing against a JK as long as you actually wheel it! So many 4 door JKs around here that never leave pavement but have 4" lift and 33s. Lol

haha yeah we got a good deal though so im not as scared as I would be. Actually why im trying to get another one so I can wheel it harder than this one.

The XJ is an awesome jeep I love it. I actually like it better than this JK but mainly because I know them inside and out. All this new stuff on the JK's are kind of overwhelming. Theyre a lot more expensive if you break something and a lot more expensive to upgrade. Its definitely a better DD though than my XJ. But then again my XJ was 21 years old when I had it. Ill give a better review once Ive had the JK longer. I had the XJ for years and this JK not even a week yet. So I cant give a great review yet.

Oh yeah but people around here do that with XJ's, WJ's and Zj's too! Its like they lift it for looks. Which yeah it looks cool but it looks cool because it helps its performance. I guess its a personal thing. I love wheeling too much to have a jeep and not use it haha
