Fuel Pressure Regulator on '87 nissan 300zx
I have a sensor on my Fuel Pressure Regulator but I dont know what that sensor is...does anyone have any clue what it is? Orileys had no clue and their system only said "Reuse original sensor "

That sensor is a fuel temperature sensor. It cuts the vacuum signal to the pressure regulator when fuel temps are higher than approx 170* for 3mins after starting, this helps improve hot engine starting
